We check all product lines before we offer them for sale on our store to ensure that they fit the description, they function correctly, and our suppliers package them appropriately for shipping.  In the highly unlikely event that you receive your items not as described, or they are damaged, or incomplete, we shall provide you with a full refund, provided you let us know within 30 days of purchase.

We will endeavour to respond within 48 hours of receiving your email.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
